About Us

CyberHopeAI · Indianapolis, Indiana

What we do

CyberHopeAI is an independent technology and training company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We build intelligent systems that connect AI to real business operations, and we teach professionals how to use those systems in their own work.

This site is for our AI avatar training program. We run a free hands-on introductory workshop and paid follow-on training that teach people how to create and use real-time AI avatars for sales, marketing, customer experience and internal communication. Attendees register through the form on this site. The workshops are created, hosted, delivered and sold by CyberHopeAI.

Our relationship with HeyGen

CyberHopeAI was selected for the HeyGen Ambassador program in 2026. The ambassador program is a community program for people who teach and advocate for the HeyGen platform. Our training uses HeyGen as the teaching platform, and we reference the HeyGen name for that reason.

To be precise about what that does and does not mean:

We are an independent company. We are not HeyGen and we do not speak for HeyGen.
We are not an authorized reseller. We do not sell HeyGen products, licences or subscriptions.
Our workshops are CyberHopeAI events, not official HeyGen events.
We never collect HeyGen account credentials, passwords or payment details for HeyGen.
HeyGen is a trademark of HeyGen, Inc. We use the name only to describe the platform we teach.

What we collect

The only information we ask for is what you enter on our own registration form so we can save you a seat and send you workshop details — typically your name, email address and phone number. We do not ask for passwords or credit card numbers to attend the free workshop. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail and our Terms of Service for the terms that apply.
